She was predeceased by: her father James F. Moore; her husband Verlin Tennis; her stepfather Calvin Patrick; her mother Thelma Patrick (Roberts); and her stepbrother Eddie Lee Patrick.
She is survived by: her pet Gigi; her nephew Mike Patrick; her cousins, Rod Patrick (Leisha) and Dorthella Patrick; her brother-in-law Bill Tennis (Phyllis); and her close friends, Kristy, Sandy, Carolyn, Evelyn and Colleen.
Memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, can be made to the CoxHealth Foundation, which supports cancer services and patient needs at the Hulston Cancer Center in Springfield, Missouri.
