He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Swearengin and Ruby Swearengin; his wife Faye; his siblings, Clifford, Howard, Darrell and Alberta; and his daughter Debbie.

He is survived by: his children, Cheryll Eoff (Steve) of Nixa, Bud Swearengin and Sharon Robertson (Leonard) of Ozark; and his siblings, Freddie (Bobbie) and Mary. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren.
