With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David Gene Snider of Nixa, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. David left this world on November 18, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Snider and Joan Snider; his wife Phyllis; and his sister Patty of Corsicana, Texas.. He is survived by: his children, Barbara (Jeff) of Denver, Jennifer (Brad) of Nixa and Alan (Susie) of Blue Eye; his grandchildren, Carlee (DJ), Mackenzie, Brendan, Gavin, Kathleen and Julia (Will); his sister Joanie; and his son Barry (Ria) of Springfield.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schweitzer Church (2747 E Sunshine St, Springfield, MO 65804). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at the Hazelwood Cemetery (1642 E Seminole St, Springfield, MO 65804).
