He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hase and Marie Hase; his wife Shirley Mae Hase; his son Jimmy Dean; and his siblings, Rick, Darla, Cheryl, Cathy and Jerry.
He is survived by: his pet Lady; his daughters, Juanita Hase and Suzanne Bignell; and his siblings, John Hase (Tony), Jean, Joanna and Judy. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
