He is survived by: his wife Janet Slavens; his sons, Bryan Slavens (Holly) of Kansas, Chris Slavens of Florida and Troy Slavens of Florida; his stepchildren, Stevi Spear (Ray) of Oklahoma, Lance Moreland of Texas and Larry Moreland Jr. of Missouri; his siblings, Larry Slavens and Beverly Browning (John); his siblings-in-law, Bob Duckworth of Missouri, Vickie Jacobs of Missouri and Glenda Bowers of Washington; and his close friend Marcy Inman of Missouri. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
