He is survived by: his wife Teresa Milburn; his daughter Christy Milburn; his brother-in-law Terry Horton; his nephews, David Horton, Andy Horton (Priscilla), Josh Horton (Chelsea) and Nathan Milburn (Channing); and his niece Amanda Small (Kendall). He is also survived by numerous great nieces, and nephews, extended family and beloved friends.
