With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenda Naomi Orahood of Nixa, Missouri, who passed away on November 22, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Livingston Hoy Langley and Esther Rolen Langley; and her husband Paul Albert Orahood. She is survived by: her children, Herb Orahood (Melodi) and Susan Raynor (John "Eric"); her grandchildren, Cicily Eubank (Jay), Brad Orahood (Emily), Gaston Orahood, Dr. Kayette Glass, Emily Davis (Zachary) and Jack Raynor (Blythe); her great grandchildren, Ashton, Sophia, Lydia, Ella, Jack, Emersyn and Lilly; and her brother Doyle Langley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel of Thayer, Missouri. A burial was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at the Thayer Cemetery of Thayer, Missouri.
Though she is gone, the love she gave us remains a beautiful reminder of her presence in our lives.
