With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Marie McCafferty of Nixa, Missouri, who passed away on October 29, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stinman and Evelyn Stinman (Leith); her son Tim McCafferty; and her brothers, Ronnie Stinman and Gene Stinman.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry McCafferty; her children, Pam Wilder (Von) and Jeff McCafferty; her grandchildren, Hannah McCafferty, Jeremy Wilder (LaShonda) and Justin Wilder; her great grandchildren, Paige Wilder, Brendon Wilder and Carson Wilder; and her great great grandchild Payton Richardson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Adams Funeral Home and Crematory - Nixa (109 N Truman Blvd, Nixa, MO 65714). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home of Nixa (109 N Truman Blvd, Nixa, MO 65714).
