Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Homer Gibson of Nixa, Missouri, born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away at the age of 84, on April 7, 2022. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Homer Dain and Helen Marie Gibson (Hannah); his sister Janet Jackson (Kenny) of Rogersville; his children, Teresa Keller (Raymond) of Fair Grove, Doug Gibson (Kerri) of Nixa, Amy Chamberlain (Dustin) of Crane and Emily Langston (Rich) of Nixa; and his grandchildren, Abigail Mirree, Lonna Taber, Holly Skinner (Gibson), Austin, Hailey, Mylee Chamberlain, Asher, Owen, Oliver and Avery Langston. He was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren; and a host of other friends and relatives.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Hoot's life may be made to Selmore Cemetery or the AA Central Office of Springfield.
