He is survived by: his daughter Jami Ann; his granddaughters, Brianna Blackwell of Detroit, MI and Ashley Blackwell of Kansas City, MO; his son-in-law Adam Cunningham of Nixa, MO; and his grandsons, Mason of Nixa and Tyler of Nixa.
