He is survived by: his son Jacob Smith (Rachel) of Basehor, Kansas; his grandchildren, Quinn, Griffin and Tucker; and his sisters, Thresa Marshall (Jerald) of Crystal City and Suzan Smith of Springfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
