He is survived by: his daughter Kristi Romines (Robert) of Nixa; his granddaughter Kayla Simpson (Cody) of Tennessee; his great grandchildren, Roland Simpson and Stella; his daughter Janna Schade of Reno, Nevada; his grandson Connor Zamora; and his sisters, Katy Walch of Texas and Fran Vick (Dick) of Texas.
