He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Johnny Michael; his wife Katy Maples; his daughter Diane Curran; his son-in-law Don Holbrook; his parents, John Harvill and Edith Harvill; his sisters, Rosemary Keithley and Wilma Ipock; his daughter Darlene Downing (Barney); and his sisters, Eileen Cox (Wayne) of Nixa and Maxine Beasley. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, twenty two great-grandchildren, and fourteen great-great grandchildren.
