He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ballew of Nixa; his sons, Mark Ballew (Mary) of Nixa and Darren Ballew (Daniela) of Goshen, IN; and his sister Barbara Ann Green of Rogers, AR. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
