He is survived by: his wife Linda Hartman; his sons, Marlan Dean Burkhart (Mandy) and Jeffrey Paul Burkhart; his granddaughter Mariah Burkhart; his sisters, Cora Burkhart, Kay Nevels and Pat Burkhart; and his brother-in-law Bruce Hartman.
