She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Gardner; her son Gregory Gardner; her parents, Ruth Sagerser and Glen Sagerser; her siblings, Herbert Sagerser and Virginia Cronk; her brothers-in-law, Bernie Dutton and Kevin Cox; her niece Melinda Plaster; her grandson Isaac Sagerser; and her nephew Ryan Broyles.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Aven (Jana Aven), Kelly Thomas and Jennifer Sagerser; her grandchildren, Morgan Kronholm, Brandon Kronholm, Jaden Aven, Noah Eubanks (Lilly Eubanks), Elissa Aven, Malachi Eubanks, Alexis Aven and Jaxon Williams; her great grandchild Gracie Eubanks; her friends, Sara Sulteen and Robert Thompson; her siblings, Shirley Garrett, Gail Dutton, Pauline Cox and David Sagerser; and her sister-in-law Nancy Sagerser.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home (4500 S Lone Pine Ave, Springfield, MO 65804).
