He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ron Joy; and his great-grandparents, Ruth Gregory and Ray Gregory. He is survived by: his parents, Drew Gregory and Cherie Gregory (Joy); his brother Zach Gregory (Emily) of Nixa; his grandmothers, Kathy Gregory of Nixa and Cheryl Joy of Holdrege, NE; his great-grandparent Ruth Stovall of Las Vegas, NV; his nephew Henry Gregory; his aunts and uncles, Todd, Melanie Gregory of Nixa, Dennis and Laura Joy of Springdale, AR; and his cousins, Taylor Gregory, Lexie Gregory of Nixa, Alisha Joy and Ryan Joy of Holdrege, NE..
