He is survived by: his wife Janice Herndon; his children, Mark Herndon, Kimberly Middleby (Eric J.) and Michele Espinosa; his grandchildren, Amber Nord (Andrew), Crystal King (David), Jennifer Espinosa, Edward Espinosa and Eric T. Middleby (Brittney); and his great grandchildren, Jadyn, Tyler Nord, Emersyn, Ellie King and Conor Middleby.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Payne Cemetery (2192 Owen Rd, Nixa, MO 65714).
