He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cochran and Dorothy Lee Patton Schultz; and his stepfather John Schultz. He is survived by: his son Nick Wolgast; his wife Julie Cochran; his children, Jill Wolgast, Erik (Sarah Cochran), Jen Cochran, Dusty and Sarah Emerson; his grandchildren, Cameron Cochran, Ben Wolgast, Bryce Wolgast, Evan Emerson and Avery Emerson; his brothers, Steve Cochran and Lloyd Schultz; his nephew Mike Schultz; and his nieces, Kara Cochran and Maya Cochran.
