He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Frakes and Bill "Willy" Frakes; his wife Bernice Ann Frakes; his daughter Robi Frakes; and his sister Clestine "Sissy" Peck.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Davisson (William) of Springfield, MO, Randy Frakes (Susie) of Manila, AR and Rodney Frakes (Suzanne) of Ozark, MO; and his brother Paul "Pappy" Dean Frakes of Titusville, FL. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
