He is survived by: his parents, Jerry McCafferty and Hazel McCafferty (Stinman); his siblings, Jeff McCafferty and Pam Wilder (Von); and his daughter Hannah McCafferty.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Adams Funeral Home and Crematory - Nixa (109 N Truman Blvd, Nixa, MO 65714). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
