He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Mills and Nellie Mills (Umfleet); and his brothers, Bill Mills and Gene Mills. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughter Kristen Steward (Ron); his niece Mallory Spurgin (Jessica); his nephew Zac Goodall of St. Louis; his brother Norman Mills; and his children, Jeff Mills, Judy Harrell and Michael Mills.
Memorial donations in Troy's memory may be made to Honor Flight of the Ozarks, or Nixa First Baptist Church.
