He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Casebolt Sr. and Virginia Smith Casebolt; his wife Martha Casebolt; and his sons, Ronald and Douglas.

He is survived by : his children, Jeremy Casebolt (Ashley) of Tahlequah, Oklahoma and Laura Gray of Noel, Missouri; his brothers, James and Louis Casebolt; his daughter-in-law Joanie Casebolt; and his grandchildren, Ashton, Kinsley Casebolt, Cheyenne Craddock and Veronica Gray.
