He was predeceased by : his father Lester Duke; his brother Lester Ray Smith; and his grandson Tyler Ward. He is survived by : his wife Ressa Smith; his children, Levi Smith (Megan Gregory) of Anderson, Taner Smith of Noel, Gary Allen Jewett of Noel, Sheila Jewett of Noel, Jim Jewett (Lisa) of Fairland, Jennifer Boyle (Tony) of Bentonville and Tammy Rowe (Ricky) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his nephew Troy Moore (Brenda) of Derby, Kansas; his sister Talma Faye Haynes of Kansas City, Missouri; his grandchildren, Jacob Boyle, Jason Smith, Damien Smith, Neveah Surface, Reagen Smith, Justin Jr. Smith, Jimmy Jr. Jewett, Kortney Ward, Travis Ward, Skyler Smith and Kaleb Rowe; and his friend Gary. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
