It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ann Billings of Noel, Missouri, born in Medford, Oregon, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Victor Onstad and Mildred Onstad; and her husband James Lee Billings. She is survived by : her children, Larry Zuckeman (Natividad Zuckerman), Alisa Martinez (Allen "Marty" Martinez), Daniel Zuckerman, Bud Price, Elizabeth Snowden (Martin Lehmann) and Jamie Billings; her grandchildren, Megan Zuckerman, Nicole Weatherall (Adam Weatherall), Jeffrey Martinez, Joshua Martinez, Teceira Perez (Trevor Perez) and Casey Snowden (Max); and her great grandchildren, Pixel, Amaya, Fox and Charley.
