He was predeceased by : his parents, Amos Sayre and Lois Sayre (Baker) of Milan, Missouri.; and his son James Avery Lee of Noel. He is survived by : his wife Deborah Jane Patterson (Janie); his granddaughter Rowan Lee; his son Darin Largent (Jeanene) of Grove, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Joshua Largent (Aleisha) of Delta, Jareth Lee of Noel, Jayden Lee of Washburn, Missouri, Codi Woods (Mike) of Bella Vista and Jordan Largent of Montrose, Colorado; his great grandchildren, Haden Bates, Logan Bates, Addie Bates, McKoy Bates, Kyzer Largent, Zyzik Kennen, Xavia and Savannah; and his brothers, LeRoy Alley (Becky) of Statesboro and Gary Ballinger.

In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to be made to the Roller Cemetery Fund c/o Ozark Funeral Homes.
