It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Briggs of Noel, Missouri, who passed away on May 8, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Briggs to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude H. Perry and Elsie Zeona Perry (Harmon); her husband Paul C. Briggs; her children, Frances Sue and Steve Paul Briggs; and her siblings, Daisy B. Manning (Perry), Kenneth H. Perry, Ted Perry and Mertie Harmon.

She is survived by : her sister Tess Ann Sugarman of Elk City, Oklahoma; her nieces, Anna M. Harmon, Short of Noel, Myrna Steele of Oklahoma City and Marsha; her nephew Don "Butch" Manning of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.; and her friend Ruth.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be welcome to the Noel Cemetery, P. O. Box 520, Anderson, Missouri 64831 or St. Jude's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
