He is survived by: his wife Guyla Eyvonne Everett; his daughters, Jennifer Matoy of Tennessee and Heather Roberts of Tennessee; his stepchildren, Nathan Taylor (Jen) and Crissy Cheney (Matt); and his sisters, Connie Kephart (Rich) and Sandra Horine. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
