She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Marcellus Chadwick and Ether Loretta May Chadwick (Mooney); her brother Kenneth Marshall Chadwick (Betty Sue); and her nephew Jack Lee Chadwick. She is survived by: her husband Charles Alfred Smith; her nephew Ronald Marshall Chadwick (Candee); and her niece Joanna May Adamek (Glenn Ray Adamek). She is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews.
