She was predeceased by : her parents, Virgil Sullivan and Reta Mae Sullivan (Hall); and her stepdaughter-in-law Lisa Ellsworth. She is survived by : her husband Floyd Ellsworth; her children, Angie Combs (Mary Ward) of Columbia, MO and Roger Combs (Melissa) of Kennett, MO; and her stepchildren, Paul Ellsworth (Leann) of Festus, MO, Preston Ellsworth of Sparta, MO and Angela Warkocz (Michael) of Columbia, MO. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren.
