He is survived by: his wife Judy Oberle; his daughter Heidi Barrett (Kevin); his grandchildren, Owen Barrett, Olivia Barrett and Maggie Barrett; his sisters, Patsy Dillon (late Kenny), Sandi Shine (late Denny), Sheila House (Vernon), Pam House (Boyd) and Mary Tiesing (Tom); and his uncle Donald Thebeau. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made in Frank's memory to Guardian Hills Veterans Healing Center.
