He was predeceased by : his father James Supernaw. He is survived by : his mother Karen Supernaw (Hendee); his brothers, Peyton Supernaw (Dolores) of Bates City, MO, Brian Supernaw (Theresa) of Valley Center, KS and Derrick Supernaw (Tara) of Livingston, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Adam (Tricia), Kyle, Crisa, Tyler (Courtney), Lindsey (Landon), Alex, Brandon, Neal (Kelli), Nicole (Nick), Drew and Gavin.
