She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Allen and Dorothy Brody; her husband John F. Laster, Sr.; and her son Edwin. She is survived by: her sons, John Jr. (Nancy) of San Antonio, TX and Patrick (Stephanie) of Lee's Summit; her grandchildren, Nicole, Megan, Cameron, Dane, Wesley and Michael; her great grandchildren, Ries, Rian, Jordan, Maylee, Maddox, Lyla and Grayden; and her niece Leslie Burton (Dean).
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to the Church of the Resurrection.
