He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Phillips and Betty Phillips; and his siblings, Peggy Doe and Robert Phillips Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Phillips; his children, Amanda Phillips (Rusty) of Harrisonville, Andrew Phillips (Angie) of Butler, Jacob Phillips (Hannah) of Lone Jack and Dillon Phillips; his brother Daniel Phillips (Nancy) of Grandview; and his stepchildren, Amber Steele (Danny) of Liberty and Nicholas Burton of Gladstone. He is also survived by one 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and numerous family and friends.
