He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Roosevelt and Letha Irene O'Neal (Fipps); and his brother Charles O'Neal Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Brenda O'Neal; his daughters, Stephanie (Karl Dittman), Amanda (Steve Montgomery) and Autumn Love of Oak Grove, MO; his grandchildren, Brooke, Amy Jo (Yasser), Dakota, Canyon, Landon and Lincoln; his great grandchild Thomas; and his brother Bill O'Neal.
