He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Noel and Ophelia Marie Elledge (Long); his wife Sandra Sue Roberts; and his sister Karen Small (Philip). He is survived by: his children, Shari Palmer (Leigh) and David Elledge (Susan); his grandchildren, Jill Mattiello, Craig Foree, Brian Foree, Joseph Palmer, Hannah McBride and Daniel Elledge; and his brother Lawrence Elledge (Carolyn). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Royer Funeral Home (101 SE 15th St Pl, Oak Grove, MO 64075). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (6806 S Cemetery Rd, Oak Grove, MO 64075).
