It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Leonard Farmer Jr. of Oak Grove, Missouri, born in Nevada, Missouri, who passed away on May 16, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Leonard Farmer, Sr. and Dorothy Carole Farmer (Kirby); his wife Joyce; and his siblings, Ricky Noel, Larry Farmer, Don Simler and Jean Snowden.
He is survived by: his daughter Kandi Jean Evans; his former wife Elly Keithley of Hermitage, MO; his daughter Jacqueline Farmer of Nevada, MO; his stepson Roger Hoffman (Linda) of Hastings, Nebraska; and his siblings, Judy Baker (Jerry) of Oak Grove, MO, Shelia Hand (Larry) of Stockton, MO and Robert Warren of Blue Springs, MO. He is also survived by two granddaughters and three great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested in his name to Vernon County Cancer Relief c/o Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada.
