She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Holden and Virginia Holden (Berkenshaw); and her brother Ritchie. She is survived by : her daughters, Michelle Hampton (Andrew) of Oak Grove, MO. and Jeanie Winston (Dirk) of St Augustine, FL.; and her grandchildren, Abigail, Matthew, Anna Hampton, Henry and Alyse Winston.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation to your local hospice or Young Life chapter in Jan's honor.
