He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rigby Sr. and Marjorie Rigby (Dalsin); and his brothers, Bruce and Bradley Rigby. He is survived by: his children, Rhett of Oak Grove, Robert (Trey) of Belton, MO and Regan Sheley of Portland, OR; and his siblings, Brian of Springfield, MO, Brent of Lincoln, MO, Barry of Orlando, FL and Karen Anderson of Omaha, Neb.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
