Carlton Whitaker Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carlton Whitaker of Oak Ridge, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 4, 2025 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carlton Whitaker to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Carlton may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Whitaker and Monna Dunham Whitaker. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Whitaker (Robyn) of Montgomery, Ray Whitaker (Lauren) of Alpharetta, Mark Whitaker (Melissa) of Oak Ridge and Brent Whitaker (Rhodena) of Cave Creek, Arizona; and his brother Jack Whitaker of Paragould, Arkansas. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ford and Sons Funeral Home (708 W Main St, Jackson, MO 63755).
