She is survived by: her husband William A. Mooring; her daughters, Mary Beth Harper (Keith) and Claudia Lee Brock (David); her daughter-in-law Linda Weagley; and her brother Claude Cogdell. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.
