He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward W. Pennebaker and Frocie L. Smith Pennebaker; his wife Minnie Florence Johnson; and his children, Robbie, Jr., Stacy Pennebaker and Mary Ann Middleton.
He is survived by: his son Michael Pennebaker (Bonnie) of Oak Ridge; and his daughter-in-law Lee Ann Pennebaker (late Robbie, Jr.) of Jackson. He is also survived by six grandsons; three granddaughters; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests that contributions be made to the Missouri Veterans Home Foundation.
