He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Dale and Rose Humphrey (Collins); and his son Keith Humphrey. He is survived by: his son Brice Humphrey of Odessa, MO; his former wife Kathy Wagner of Odessa, MO; and his siblings, Sandy Kinnaman, Mary Ziegler, Terry Humphrey, Les Humphrey and John Humphrey.
