As Dale departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Dale may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Dale leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlo Fisher and Verda Oakes (Hoberland); his son Michael "Mike" Charles Fisher; and his sister Arloene Brinkmeyer. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Marilyn Fisher (Howard); his children, Joseph Fisher (Ellen) of New Richmond, WI, Vincent Fisher of Odessa, MO and Laura Streit (Tim) of Newark, OH; and his daughter-in-law Sherry Fisher. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and three half-brothers; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Memorials are suggested to the family in care of Lucy Fisher for a charity to be chosen at a later date.
