With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Debra Ann Ottmer of Odessa, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2025 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Debra Ann Ottmer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Weaver and Phyllis Weaver (Weaver); her son Micah Holper; and her brothers, Bruce Weaver and Mike Weaver.
She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Michael Ottmer of Odessa, MO; her daughters, Jennifer Winston (Douglas) of Waukegan, IL, Sarah Wacker (Jason) of St. Louis, MO and Elizabeth Walker (Shawn) of Lee's Summit, MO; her grandchildren, Aubreigh, Iszabelle (Jacob), Kayla, Lucas (Tiffanie), Koda, Simon, Alice, Isaac and Nathan; her great grandchildren, Hank, Jaycob, Sara and Oakley; her sister Sharon Mattingly (Steve) of St. Louis, MO; her sibling's children, Crystal (Marcia), Steph (Adam), Taylor, Morgan, Corynne, Vivian, Elsa, Jason (Tiffanie), Corben, Chance, Alex and Jacob; her daughter-in-law Stacy Holper; and her siblings-in-law, Mei-Li Hyers (Justin) and Richard Ottmer. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tiemeyer Park (3311 Ashby Rd, St Ann, MO 63074). A reception was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Open House (9200 Olive Blvd, Olivette, MO 63132).
