He was predeceased by : his great-grandparents, Wilbur, Detta Neher and Rodney Parks. He is survived by : his parents, Kyle Nathan Neher and Bailey Jolene Clutter; his sisters, Hadley, Scarlett and Willow Neher of Higginsville, Missouri; his grandparents, Laurie, Chris Clutter of Odessa, Bryce Neher of Odessa, Bonnie and Kendall Dalton of Calhoun, Missouri; his great-grandparents, Paula Summers of Odessa, Barbara Clutter of Trenton, Missouri, Carolyn, Tony Colombo of Higginsville and Kenneth Atkinson of Lake; and his aunts and uncles, Caitlin Clutter of Odessa, Elijah Clutter of Odessa, Madeline Clutter of Odessa and Dustin Neher of Higginsville.
