With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Genevie E. Wilson of Odessa, Missouri, born in Mayview, Missouri, who passed away on September 15, 2023 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Genevie E. Wilson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James M. Lang and Mildred Erline Lang (Clouse); her granddaughter Theresa Brooke; her great grandchild Jaiden "Chance" Houston; and her sons-in-law, Pete LaBella and Jerry Hannsz.

She is survived by : her friend Genevie; her husband Billy Lee Wilson of Odessa, MO; her daughters, Diana Payne (Clarence) of Wellington, MO, Tammy Hannsz of Richmond, MO and Penny Schumaker (Scott) of Wellington, MO; her grandchildren, Billy Wilson, Jeremy Hayes, Lindsay LaBella, Lana Ryun, Jessica Schumaker and Leslee Strohman; and her sister Judy Myer of Wentzville, MO. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.

Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Greenton Baptist Church.
