She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lowe and Betty Lowe (Hastings); her husband Dick Tracy; her brother Lawrence Lowe; and her son-in-law Donn Umphreys, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Genny Kleoppel (Brad) of Odessa, MO and Tammy Umphreys of Blue Springs, MO; her brothers, Robert Lowe, Jr. (Eva) of Archie, MO and Danny Lowe (Rita) of Adrian, MO; her grandchildren, Spencer Kleoppel (Danielle), Corbin Kleoppel (Bailey), Noble Kleoppel, Jesse Umphreys (Paradise) and Anthony Weber (Sierra); and her great grandchildren, Brycen, Isabella, Avery, Mya, Bradley, Chandler Kleoppel, Abel Umphreys, Ethan and Stella Weber.
