She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Fetters and Esther Fetters (Boswell); her husband Phillip Liggett; her brother Phillip Fetters; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Martin.
She is survived by: her brothers, Leroy Fetters (Michael) of Tucker, GA and David Fetters (Marla) of Oak Grove, MO; her sisters-in-law, Patricia Martin of Houston, TX and Ruth Fetters of Platte City, MO; and her aunts, Billie John (Max) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Barb Fetters of Centerville, IA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, Alzheimer's Association, or Church of Christ.
