He is survived by: his wife Janet Cook of Odessa, MO; his children, Rexford Curtis Cook, Jr. (Nicola) of Burlingame, Russell Cook (DeLisa) of Blue Springs, MO, Terri Miller (Kelley) of Odessa, MO and Stephanie Bybee (Thomas) of Centerview, MO; his grandchildren, Angela Cook, Ryan Cook, Loren Lam (Vinh), Courtney Elliott (Chandler), Kailyn Bybee and Tyler Miller; his great grandchildren, Nora Lam, Keaton Elliott, Sylvie Lam and Oakleigh Elliott; and his siblings, Barbara Findley of Spring Hill, KS and Ronald Cook (Dottie) of Louisburg, KS. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
